Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Tuesday, Jan. 19 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Michael Bennett, Tyler Lockett, Thomas Rawls, Earl Thomas Honored by PFWA

Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett, free safety Earl Thomas, running back Thomas Rawls, and wide receiver Tyler Lockett have been honored by the Professional Football Writers of America (PFWA) for their play this past year, with Bennett and Thomas being named to the PFWA's All-NFC team and Rawls and Lockett being named to PFWA's All-Rookie team, with Lockett earning a mention for his work on special teams as a kick and punt returner. 

Here's a look at the All-NFC team and All-Rookie team as announced by the PFWA:
