There were a few changes from Wednesday's to Thursday's practice report for the Seahawks, who worked outside on the shores of Lake Washington for the second straight day at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center.
Defensive end Cliff Avril (ankle), who did not participate yesterday, fully took part in Thursday's session. Wide receiver Doug Baldwin (toe), who coach Pete Carroll has said will play this weekend, went from not practicing yesterday to participating in limited fashion on Thursday. Running back Marshawn Lynch (abdomen), whose injury had him listed as questionable for last week's game, was held from practice for the second straight day, as was wide receiver Paul Richardson (hamstring), who got hurt this past Sunday. New to Thursday's report for Seattle were cornerback Cary Williams (hip), who did not participate, defensive tackle Demarcus Dobbs (shoulder), who was limited, and defensive end Michael Bennett (not injury related), whose non-participation likely signals a rest day.
For the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle's opponent this Sunday at CenturyLink Field, starting running back Carlos Hyde (foot), whose last game came against the Seahawks late last month, did not participate for the second straight day. Star linebacker NaVorro Bowman (shoulder) returned to full participation Thursday after resting Wednesday. Wide receiver Anquan Boldin (hamstring), who also hasn't played since the team's Week 7 game against Seattle, was limited for a second straight day.
