Seahawks Wrap-Up Wednesday's Practice with Bob Marley 'One Love' Sing-Along

The Kenyan Boys Choir led the Seahawks in song and dance after Wednesday's practice.

Pete Carroll often likes to conclude each of his 'Competition Wednesday' practices with a little friendly competition, mostly of the football variety in an exercise that pins offensive and defensive linemen against each other in one-on-one situations.

But to wrap-up his team's Week 6 Wednesday practice ahead of Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers, the Seahawks head coach called an audible, bringing in the Kenyan Boys Choir to lead Seattle players in song and dance to Bob Marley's One Love, and more (video embedded above).

The choir, which is drawn from different high schools, colleges, and universities in Kenya, is scheduled to perform at We Day Vancouver next week.
