Running back George Holani, the one Seahawks player listed as questionable for Sunday's game, is active for Seattle's Week 5 game against the 49ers.

Holani, who came into the week with a rib injury, added a knee injury during the week and was limited in practice, but he will play. With Holani active along with running backs Emanuel Wilson and Velus Jones Jr., newly signed running back Robert Henry Jr. is inactive.

Active, as expected, are defensive tackle Leonard Williams, who injured his ankle in last week's game, but was able to practice fully on Friday, and safety Ty Okada, who will be making his 2026 season debut after missing the first four games of the season with a hamstring injury.

Linebacker Chazz Surratt, who was ruled out on Friday's injury report, is the only player on the 53-man roster who is inactive due to injury. Receiver Irv Charles and running back Zach Charbonnet, who have returned to practice but are not yet on the 53-man roster, were both ruled out ahead of Sunday's game.

For the 49ers, four players were ruled out ahead of Sunday's game: defensive end Nick Bosa, fullback Kyle Juszczyk, safety Marques Sigle and defensive tackle James Thompson. Both players listed as questionable, cornerback Upton Stout and defensive end Mykel Williams are active.
