The Seahawks signed Brandon Johnson on Tuesday, adding cornerback depth ahead of training camp, which begins on Saturday.
Tight end Harrison Bryant was waived to make room on the 90-man roster.
Johnson, who went undrafted out of Oregon in 2025, then signed with the Eagles. Johnson spent most of his rookie season on Philadelphia's practice squad, appearing in three games with one start. He was waived by the Eagles last month.
Johnson, who transferred to Oregon after three seasons at Duke, was an All-Big Ten honorable mention selection in his one season with the Ducks, appearing in 14 games with eight starts while recording 45 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, five pass breakups and one interception.
