Seahawks Players Not Expected To Play In Thursday's Preseason Game vs Dallas Cowboys

Pregame notes ahead of Thursday's preseason game, including who isn't expected to play.

SEATTLE – The Seahawks will welcome back a handful of players who missed the first two preseason games because of injuries when they host the Dallas Cowboys at CenturyLink Field Thursday night, including safety Kam Chancellor, running back C.J. Prosise and tackle J'Marcus Webb, but it's not quite all hands on deck for Seattle just yet.

Thomas Rawls, while on track to play in the regular-season opener, won't play, nor will tight end Jimmy Graham, who continues to work his way back from last year's season-ending knee injury.

Here is the full list of Seahawks players not expected to play Thursday:

RB Thomas Rawls

TE Jimmy Graham

DT Jarran Reed

TE Nick Vannett

WR Kasen Williams

CB Marcus Burley

CB Trovon Reed

DT DeAngelo Tyson

DT Sealver Siliga

The Cowboys did not provide a not-expected-to-play list (teams are not required to do so during the preseason), but the team did announce earlier in the week that receiver Dez Bryant will not play because of a concussion suffered in practice Monday.

While you wait for kickoff, here are our five things to watch in Thursday’s game, which should see starters play into the second half.

Also, a reminder that Thursday's game can be watched on Q13 FOX in the Seattle area and on the NFL Network elsewhere. Full TV and Radio information can be found here.
