WorkoutDates

Offseason workout program dates for each of the league's 32 teams were announced Monday by the NFL, and the Seahawks will return to Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center on April 15 for the start of Phase One.

Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, each club's voluntary nine-week offseason program is conducted in three phases.

Phase One includes the first two weeks of the program, with activities reserved to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.

Phase Two consists of the next three weeks of the program and may include on-field individual player instruction and drills as well as team practice held on a "separates" basis. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense is allowed.

Finally, Phase Three consists of the next four weeks of the program, when clubs can conduct a total of 10 days of organized team activities (OTAs). No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are allowed. Teams are also allowed one mandatory minicamp during Phase Three, which for the Seahawks will take place June 11-13.
