The NFL announced Monday the dates for the offseason workout programs of all 32 teams, and the Seahawks will return to work on April 16 for Phase One of their voluntary offseason workout program.
Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Phase One consists of activities limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only. Phase Two can include on-field workouts but no live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills. During Phase Three, teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity (OTAs). No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.
Teams are allowed one mandatory minicamp during Phase Three, which for the Seahawks will take place June 12-14.

OTA Offseason Workouts: May 21-22, May 24, May 29-30, June 1, June 4-7
Mandatory Minicamp: June 12-14
