The Seahawks and standout receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba earned nominations for 2026 ESPY Awards.

The Seahawks, who won Super Bowl LX after a 14-3 regular season, are one of nine nominees for Best Team along with the Las Vegas Aces, Los Angeles Dodgers, the Indiana Hoosiers football team, the Carolina Hurricanes, the New York Knicks, the Texas Longhorns softball team, Team USA men's hockey and Team USA women's hockey.

Smith-Njigba, who led the NFL with a franchise-record 1,793 receiving yards, earned first-team All-Pro honors and was named AP Offensive Player of the Year, making him the second Seahawk, along with running back Shaun Alexander, to win that award. Smith-Njigba is up for Best NFL player along with former Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, Patriots quarterback Drake Maye and Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.

Fans can vote for the Seahawks and for Smith-Njigba here, and can watch the ESPY Awards on July 15 at 5 p.m. PT on ABC and the ESPN App.

The previous Super Bowl winning Seahawks team, which beat the Broncos in Super Bowl LXVIII, produced a pair of ESPY awards, with the team winning in the Best Team category, while cornerback Richard Sherman won for Breakthrough Athlete. Quarterback Russell Wilson was also nominated that same year for Best NFL Player.

Back in 2006, running back Shaun Alexander won the ESPY for Best NFL Player and was nominated for Best Male Athlete after earning the MVP award following the 2005 season.
