Seahawks Get On The Scoreboard With Russell Wilson Touchdown Toss To Jermaine Kearse

Seattle's first score in Sunday's divisional round playoff at Carolina was set up by a big kickoff return from Tyler Lockett to start the second half.

CHARLOTTE - After a tough first half that saw the Seahawks go down 31-0 heading into the break, Pro Bowl return man Tyler Lockett brought back the second half kickoff 50 yards to midfield, and with the help of a Panthers penalty, Seattle started its first possession of the third quarter at Carolina's 35-yard-line.

From there, Seahawks Russell Wilson proceeded to find Kevin Smith for seven yards, Doug Baldwin for six yards, Jermaine Kearse for nine yards, and Kearse again for a 13-yard touchdown.

The score finally got Seattle on the board, 31-7, after a successful extra point from kicker Steven Hauschka.
