In Saturday's win over the 49ers at Levi's Stadium, Seattle's defense was particularly dominant, holding San Francisco to just a field goal. But the Seahawks offense put together impressive plays and drives including one in the fourth quarter that proved to be important in the win. After linebacker Drake Thomas picked off Brock Purdy near the goal line, the Seahawks took over at their own three-yard line with 10:21 left in the fourth quarter. The offense went on to string together 15 plays to get down to the San Francisco three-yard line.

On Saturday, the run game built off the success of the previous two games and Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet rushed for 171 yards on 33 attempts. Nine of those attempts came on this drive where the duo rushed for 46 yards. The drive that took eight minutes off the clock, also forced the 49ers to use all three of their timeouts.

Seattle ultimately didn't score on the drive, but the clock management was important as the 49ers weren't able to convert on fourth down and Seattle got the ball back to end the game.

Cooper Kupp, who caught a 24-yard pass on a three-and-10 play on the drive said, "Being able to take eight minutes off the clock, being able to get timeouts, I think we took all three of the Niners timeouts to that point. Obviously, you want to finish, that would have been awesome to be able to get that done. But yeah, obviously a huge thing when you're able to sustain a long drive like that up two scores in the fourth quarter."

"It was a fun drive," Jaxon Smith-Njigba said. "The whole game was fun, but coming up in clutch moments, K-9 coming up long third down and us having a long possession was key for our success today. And something that we talk about every single day, just taking care of the ball, moving the ball forward."
