A look at some memorable moments in Seahawks history that occurred on Dec. 2:

1984: The Seahawks cap an eight-game winning streak with a 38-17 victory over the Lions at the Kingdome as Dave Krieg passes for a club-record five touchdowns, including two each to Steve Largent and Daryl Turner.

1979: The Seahawks run for three touchdowns and Steve Largent catches nine passes for 120 yards, but it's a too-little-too-late effort as the Chiefs take a 37-7 lead and hold on for a 37-21 victory at Arrowhead Stadium.

1990: Norm Johnson kicks a 39-yard field goal to tie the game and then a 42-yarder in overtime to win it as the Seahawks grab a 13-10 victory over the Oilers at the Kingdome. Dave Wyman recovers a Tony Woods-forced fumble at the Oilers' 27-yard line to set up Johnson's game-winner.

2001: Rian Lindell kicks a 43-yard field goal in the third quarter to tie the score and then a 24-yarder in overtime as the Seahawks take a 13-10 victory over the San Diego Chargers at Husky Stadium. The Seahawks also intercept two Doug Flutie passes.

2007: Lofa Tatupu intercepts three passes and has 11 tackles, while Matt Hasselbeck throws touchdown passes to Bobby Engram and Nate Burleson as the Seahawks post a 28-24 victory over the Eagles in Philadelphia. The victory is No. 4 in a five-game winning streak.

2012: Rookie QB Russell Wilson throws a 14-yard touchdown pass to Golden Tate to give the Seahawks a 17-14 lead with 24 seconds left and then, after the Bears tie the score on a last-play field goal, he passes 13 yards to Sidney Rice in overtime as the Seahawks take a 23-17 overtime victory in Chicago. The victory starts a five-game winning streak to close the regular season.

2013: The Seahawks run their record to a franchise-best 11-1 in emphatic fashion as the defense holds the Saints to 188 yards, the fewest allowed since 2001, and the offense rolls up 429 yards during a 34-7 romp in a "Monday Night Football" game at CenturyLink Field. Russell Wilson passes for three touchdowns and 310 yards, while Bobby Wagner has 11 tackles as the defense holds Drew Brees to 147 passing yards.
