NFL World Reacts to Kenny Easley's Selection as Pro Football Hall of Fame Senior Finalist

Seahawks Ring of Honor Member Kenny Easley was selected as a Senior Finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

One of the most talented and hard-hitting safeties in NFL history is one step closer to hearing his name called in Canton. The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced Monday that Ring Of Honor member Kenny Easley was selected as a senior finalist for the 2017 class. 

A rare combination of speed and power, 'The Enforcer' was a four-time All-Pro and star defender in the 1980's. Easley went on to earn AFC Defensive Player of the Year honors in 1983 and NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1984 to go along with his NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year award in 1981. In 2002, Easley became the seventh player in Seahawks history to be inducted into the team's Ring of Honor.
