NFL Reacts To Ricardo Lockette's Retirement

Those are just a few of the phrases the NFL used to describe former Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, who announced his retirement from football today, roughly half a year after suffering a serious neck injury in Seattle's 2015 win at Dallas.
