Cardinals Rout Buccaneers, 40-7

The Cardinals (1-1) bounced back from a Week 1 loss to the Patriots with a 40-7 rout of the Buccaneers last weekend. Arizona's defense forced quarterback Jameis Winston to turn the ball over five times, which included four interceptions. The offense did their part, too, with Carson Palmer throwing for 308 yards and three touchdowns, while running back David Johnson totaled 143 yards from scrimmage and put together an insane highlight reel

49ers Fall To Panthers, 46-27

After an impressive 28-0 shutout of the Rams to open the season, the 49ers dropped to 1-1 this week in Carolina, losing to the Panthers, 46-27. The 49ers forced four Carolina turnovers but were outdueled in the second half, 29-17. San Francisco hopes to move back above .500 this weekend when they face the Seahawks.

Rams Win Home Opener In Los Angeles

The city of Los Angeles won its first NFL football game since 1994, 9-3, over the Seahawks in a battle of field goals. 

Seattle was in the process of putting together a last minute comeback for the second week in a row, but an Alec Olgetree forced fumble and fumble recovery of Seahawks running back Christine Michael ended the attempt.
