49ers Lose Linebacker NaVorro Bowman For Season

All-Pro linebacker NaVorro Bowman will miss the remainder of the season for the 49ers after sustaining an Achilles injury against the Cowboys in Week 4. Bowman led the NFL in tackles last season with 154 and is the unquestioned leader of the 49ers defense. Looking to fill Bowman's void at inside linebacker for San Francisco will be Michael Willhoite, Gerald Hodges, Nick Bellore and Shayne Skov.
