What Seahawks Did In The Community   

Several Seahawks community events took place over the weekend across Seattle and surrounding areas. Here's an overview of what took place: 

Cliff Avril Beat The Bridge

Seahawks defensive end Cliff Avril and his foundation, the Cliff Avril Family Foundation, had a team in Nordstrom's 35th annual Beat the Bridge to Beat Diabetes run/walk for the third year in a row. Avril, who was joined by teammates such as Bobby Wagner, Michael Bennett and Will Pericak, raised $142,661 at the event, which raises funds for those impacted by Type 1 diabetes.

For a third year in a row, Seahawks defensive end Cliff Avril and his Cliff Avril Family Foundation put together a team for Nordstrom's 35th annual Beat the Bridge to Beat Diabetes run/walk to help raise funds for those impacted by Type 1 diabetes.

Bennett Foundation Dinner & Auction

The day before joining Avril for Beat the Bridge, Bennett hosted a dinner and auction in Bellevue to raise money to help fight childhood obesity.   

Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett hosted a dinner and auction on Saturday, May 20 at El Gaucho in Bellevue, where support from the evening went toward The Bennett Foundation's fundraising efforts to help fight childhood obesity.

C.J. Prosise At Sea Hawkers Gala 

On Saturday, C.J. Prosise was presented with the Rookie of the Year award by the Seahawks' official booster club, the Sea Hawkers. 

The Sea Hawkers booster club, the official booster club of the Seattle Seahawks, presented running back C.J. Prosise with the Rookie of the Year award on Saturday, May 20 in downtown Bellevue.

Pacific Northwest Football Hall of Fame Luncheon 

Several Seahawks were inducted at the Pacific Northwest Football Hall of Fame Luncheon last Friday. 

CenturyLink Field hosted the Pacific Northwest Football Hall of Fame Luncheon on Friday, May 19, an event that included several Seahawks inductees, including former coach Jack Patera, players Dave Brown and Blair Bush, associate Corky Trewin, as well as a special salute to team owner Paul Allen.

Kids Club MVP Football Clinic 

MVP members of the Seahawks' Junior 12s Kids Club participated in a football clinic at CenturyLink Field on Sunday.
