Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson took a break from training this offseason, appearing in a Netflix comedy sketch from comedian and Seahawks fan Joel McHale.

Alongside McHale and actress Kate Flannery — best known as Meredith Palmer from "The Office" — Wilson appears in a bit promoting Netflix's new show "The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale."
