Monday Round-Up: 2018 Pro Bowl Recap

Recapping what happened with the Seahawks players who took part in the 2018 Pro Bowl.

Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Monday, January 29 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

Pro Bowl Recap: AFC 24, NFC 23

The NFC went into halftime with a 20-3 lead, but it was the AFC that came out on top in the 2018 Pro Bowl, as it outscored its competition 21-3 through the final two quarters to claim a 24-23 victory in Orlando, Florida, the AFC's second consecutive win in the NFL's annual all-star game.

The Seahawks had seven players named to the game and saw five of them participate, including receiver Doug Baldwin, defensive end Michael Bennett, offensive lineman Duane Brown, free safety Earl Thomas, and quarterback Russell Wilson. Tight end Jimmy Graham and linebacker Bobby Wagner were also selected, but did not play due to injury.

For the five Seattle players who did see the field, it was a relatively quiet afternoon. Wilson finished 9-of-14 for 69 yards and an interception, Baldwin was the NFC's third-leading receiver with three catches for 35 yards, Bennett registered a tackle, while Thomas recorded a tackle and a pass defensed. Perhaps most importantly, however, nobody was injured.

Here's a few of the Seahawks-related highlights from Sunday's game at Camping World Stadium:
