After the Seahawks specialist Travis Homer forced a fumble and recovered the ball, putting Seattle in control of the ball. On 3- and-4 at the Cardinals four, Wilson could not find anyone open and instead ran the ball into the end zone himself. This put The Seahawks in the lead 31-24.

Wilson has passed Dan Marino for the second-most passing TDs in a player's first 10 seasons with 291. Those 291 are tied with Warren Moon for the 15th-most in NFL history.
