With Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde inactive against the San Francisco 49ers due to injuries, rookie RB DeeJay Dallas stepped into the spotlight.
Dallas nearly had his first NFL touchdown in the first half, but the on-field ruling of a touchdown was overturned. Fortunately, he didn't have to wait much longer to officially get into the end zone.
Dallas capped off Seattle's first possession of the second half with a 2-yard touchdown reception, giving the Seahawks a 20-7 lead. Later in the game, with 3:33 to play in the 4th quarter, Dallas added an insurance touchdown on a 1-yard carry.
