Good afternoon, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today — Friday, December 2 — about your Seattle Seahawks:

K.J. Wright Joins 710 ESPN Seattle

Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright joined Bob Stelton, Dave Grosby and Tom Wassell on 710 ESPN Seattle this week. The six-year veteran touched on his Week 12 performance in Tampa Bay, Kam Chancellor's defensive impact, finishing the regular season strong and more.

"We're always preaching finishing," Wright said. "It's crazy that we only have five games left, I thought we had a lot more. This season goes by fast. This is where teams get separated. Some teams make the playoffs, other teams don't. We definitely want to be in that race, win our division of course and just take it from there."
