Five Songs That Help Get Seahawks Running Back Fred Jackson Going on Gameday

What music does new Seahawks running back Fred Jackson like to play during pregame warmups?

As one of the fresher faces in Seattle's locker room who could be in line for significant playing time this Sunday against the St. Louis Rams, Fred Jackson was the obvious choice to kick off our 2015 series exploring what type of music Seahawks players prefer to play before kickoff.

The veteran running back, who has just four practices under his belt with the Seahawks after signing with the club this past week following his release from the Buffalo Bills, likes a bit of variety with his pregame routine, incorporating a healthy mix of hip-hop and rock-and-roll.

"Whatever gets the blood flowing," Jackson, who will wear No. 22 for the Seahawks, said from his locker at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Friday, two days prior to the team's regular-season opener at the Edward Jones Dome.

Here's a look at five songs that help get Jackson going on gameday (warning: explicit lyrics):

1.* Can't be Touched* - Body Head Bangerz

  1. Pledge Allegiance - T.I. feat. Rick Ross
  1. My Name - Xzhibit feat. Eminem & Nate Dogg
