Five Seahawks Among NFC's Leading Vote-Getters By Position For 2017 Pro Bowl

Defensive end Cliff Avril, strong safety Kam Chancellor, return specialist Tyler Lockett, cornerback Richard Sherman, and free safety Earl Thomas rank as the top Pro Bowl vote-getters at their respective positions in the NFC.

With one week remaining in fan Pro Bowl voting, five Seahawks currently have the most votes at their respective positions among all players in the NFC, the NFL announced on Monday

As of yesterday's release, Seattle defensive end Cliff Avril (244,999 votes), strong safety Kam Chancellor (145,163), return specialist Tyler Lockett (83,720), cornerback Richard Sherman (245,637), and free safety Earl Thomas (144,891) rank at the top of the conference at each position.

Voting for the 2017 Pro Bowl continues online at Seahawks.com/ProBowl until Tuesday, December 13, as well as on social media, which you can learn more about at Seahawks.com/ProBowlSocialVote.

Players and coaches will also vote for this year's crop of Pro Bowl players, with each group counting for one-third toward determining the League's 88 all-star players -- 44 from the AFC and 44 from the NFC -- that will compete on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

Here's a look at the Top 10 vote-getters overall, as well as the AFC & NFC leading vote-getters by position:
