There is a nationwide server outage that may impact access to Ticketmaster and the Seahawks Mobile App. Service is actively being restored, but please see below if you're still having issues accessing your tickets:
- If your tickets are already in your mobile wallet, you can scan them directly at gate entry.
- Accessing or transferring tickets? Give it time, refresh, and try again.
- If for any reason you are unable to access before arrival, you or your guests can visit the Lumen Field Ticket Office near Gate 3 and we will be readily available to reissue your tickets.
