12 Flag Raising at the Capitol

Washington State Governor Jay Inslee and former Seahawk Walter Jones raised the 12 Flag at the Capitol in Olympia on Wednesday and declared Friday "Blue Friday" throughout the state.

Members of the Super Bowl XLVIII winning team, including MVP Malcolm Smith, raised the 12 Flag ahead of the matchup vs. the Panthers at Lumen Field.
