The Seahawks held their second practice of Week 12 on Thanksgiving Day at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, where left guard Luke Joeckel (knee) and defensive tackle Jarran Reed (hamstring) were full participants, encouraging signs that the pair will be able to suit up for Sunday's road game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Ten players did not participate Thursday for the Seahawks, including offensive linemen Oday Aboushi (shoulder) and Duane Brown (ankle), running back Mike Davis (groin), tight end Jimmy Graham (ankle), safety Kam Chancellor (neck), cornerback Shaquill Griffin (concussion), linebackers Bobby Wagner (hamstring) and Michael Wilhoite (calf), as well as defensive end Michael Bennett (not injury related).
It's worth noting that Brown, Seattle's left tackle, did not practice all of last week but was able to play in this past Monday night's game, and on Wednesday, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Brown is "ahead of where he was last week" and the club is "really counting on him to play."
