Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks ("Sponsor"), the National Football League and its member clubs, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, and their immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and "step" child, wherever they may live) are not eligible to win any prize.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on September 29, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and meet the requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter: To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, (i) visit https://www.seahawks.com/promotions/seahawks/2025/rivalries-sweepstakes and (ii) fill out and submit the Sweepstakes entry form.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Selection and Notification of Winner: On or about October 1, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within this time, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place from the remaining eligible entries.

Verification of Potential Winner: POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) admission tickets to the Seahawks vs. Rams Rivalries game on December 18, 2025 at Lumen Field (ARV: $500); and
• Two (2) personalized Rivalries jerseys (ARV: $280).

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of prize: $780.

Alternate Winners: One (1) alternate winner will be selected if the original potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to respond to the notification within the specified timeframe.

Privacy: Any information you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.seahawks.com/about/privacy-policy.

General Conditions: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner List; Rules Request: For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope for arrival after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and no later than one (1) year following the end of the Sweepstakes Period to 12 Seahawks Way, Renton, WA 98056, Attn: Marketing/Rivalries Sweepstakes.
