Sea Gal Hope Pro Bowl Diary: The Night Before

Sea Gal Hope will represent the Sea Gals at the 2016 Pro Bowl, follow her blog as she documents her time in Hawaii.

Aloha 12s! I can't believe it's finally here! Tomorrow begins what has already been a long an amazing journey to the 2016 Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. My suitcases are packed to the brim, and while I have already checked them what seems like a thousand times, I continue to check them in hopes that I haven't forgotten anything. I have been in a group chat with the other Pro Bowl cheerleaders for a few weeks now, and we have been texting each other all day with last minute packing tips and tricks for the long haul. One girl mentioned she stuffed her pom poms in a pair of socks as to make more room for other costumes. What a great idea!

While I can hardly stand the excitement, I was still able to manage some last minute practical errands. I got up, went for my morning run to clear my head, got a spray tan from the fabulous folks at Seattle Sun Tan and began packing. My alarm is set for 2 am to make my morning flight. Wow! That's early! But, I don't even care, I am looking forward to tomorrow. In less than 24 hours, I will find out who my roommate is and get to meet the other talented ladies who are representing for their teams.

So for now, it's goodnight and goodbye, 12s. Tomorrow, I will be writing to you from Honolulu, Hawaii!
