Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is joining forces with NFL quarterback Jake Heaps to create RWQB, an elite training program for young quarterbacks all over the world

Renton, Wash. - Super Bowl Champion and Pro Bowl quarterback Russell Wilson and NFL quarterback Jake Heaps are joining forces to create RWQB, an elite training program for young quarterbacks all over the world. Wilson and Heaps are devoted quarterbacks with extreme knowledge of the game and passionate about teaching young athletes.

RWQB members will have direct access to on-field and classroom instruction, specialized training packages, and elite summer camps all around the world. In addition, RWQB will also be delivering creative ways to connect with quarterbacks on a daily basis.

Both players have experience working with youth quarterbacks. Wilson hosts the Russell Wilson Passing Academy each summer and has hosted more than 8,000 campers since its launch in 2012. Since founding Empire Quarterback Academy, Heaps has worked with youth quarterbacks, top high-school quarterback prospects, and collegiate quarterbacks in the Northwest region. He is also a member of the coveted Elite 11 coaching staff.
