Registration

Q. Is Seahawks Training Camp, presented by Safeway, open to the public?

A. Yes, however all fans attending must pre-register as viewing space at the VMAC facility is limited. Each registrant is able to register up to four (4) people total in their group, for up to three (3) practices (based on availability).

Q. What time do practices begin at Seahawks Training Camp?

A. Practices usually begin at 1:30 p.m. and generally last around 2 hours but are subject to change. Only fans registered to attend will be allowed to watch practice.

Q. Are there any age restrictions for fans to attend Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No, however, kids 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2 years old or younger are able to attend free of charge with an adult and do not need to be registered.

Check-In

Q. Once I'm registered, how do I gain entry into Seahawks Training Camp?

A. After registration, you will receive a PDF copy of your Transportation Voucher(s) by email. Please print your voucher before heading to Training Camp. You can also display your ticket/voucher on your mobile phone.

Upon arrival at the Training Camp Check-In Center at The Renton Landing, your voucher will be scanned and you will receive a transportation wristband to access the shuttle to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Q. Where do I check-in at The Renton Landing?

A. Check-in is located in The Pro Shop at The Renton Landing (840 N 10th Pl, Renton, WA 98057)

*Check-in for the July 31 practice only will be at Dick's Sporting Goods at The Renton Landing (915 N Landing Way, Renton, WA 98057)

Q. What are the hours of check-in at The Renton Landing?

A. Check-in begins 90 minutes prior to the start of practice and closes 45 minutes after practice begins, the same time the last bus departs The Renton Landing for VMAC. As most practices begin at 1:30pm, check-in will generally open at noon and close by 2:15 p.m. However, please double-check the start time of the practice for which you have registered.

Q. Where do I check-in for Lumen Field Practice?

A. Fans will enter through the NW Gate and N Gate from the North Parking Lot. Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. All seating will be general admission. All tickets will be mobile. You can access your Training Camp tickets via the Seahawks Mobile App.

Q. How many practices can I register for?

A. There will be a maximum of four (4) registrants per group, and a limit of three (3) practices per registrant. If you are found to exceed these registration limits, your additional entries will be automatically removed.

Q. Will I be required to be vaccinated or wear a mask to attend Training Camp?

A. The Seahawks will continue to follow all NFL, public health and government guidelines for outdoor sporting events. Current Washington state guidelines for outdoor sporting events do not require fans be vaccinated or proof of vaccination status. Per state policy, fans who are vaccinated are not required to wear masks. Unvaccinated fans are required to wear masks. We encourage all fans to support our community by getting vaccinated.

Accessibility

Q. Is there a specific area fans with disabilities should park at The Landing?

A. Accessible parking spaces will be first-come, first-served in the main garage at The Renton Landing for fans with the required placard, plate or tab, located at 828 N 10th Place. Please enter The Landing garage off Logan Avenue North.

We hold parking spots on Level 2 of the garage for all Training Camp guests registered with tickets in accessible seating locations. Guests with proper accessible parking plates, tabs or placards are able to park in any accessible designated spot regardless of those we hold for Training Camp guests..

Q. Where do guests who have registered for tickets in the accessible seating area check in at The Landing?

A. Accessible Seating Check-In is located on Level 2 of The Renton Landing parking garage, just in front of the elevators and next to the accessible parking locations. You will then be escorted to the accessible bag check and bus load areas. You do not need to wait in the line for general check in and bus loading.

Q. Will there be accessible transportation accommodations from The Landing for guests who registered for tickets in the accessible seating area?

A. Accessible bus transportation will depart from The Renton Landing continuously. Guests who registered for tickets in the accessible seating area and their group may all ride together on either the accessible bus or the standard bus.

Q. Where is the accessible seating area located at VMAC?

A. There will be a dedicated accessible seating section near the practice field at VMAC for those who reserved a spot through the registration process. Qualified guests (or their companions) can reserve up to 4 total seats in the accessible seating section. All attendees in your group must have a ticket for accessible seating in order to be accommodated in the accessible seating section.

Q. Can I register for tickets in the accessible seating area?

A. Yes, accessible seating is available for all open practices. To register for accessible seating, qualified individuals will be able to check the dedicated box during the general registration process. You may register for 4 total seats (e.g., for 1 Guest requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 3 Companion Seats; or for two guests requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 2 Companion Seats). Please note that as with general seating, accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached for each individual practice, the accessible seating check box option will be grayed out and no longer available.

Q. If I am seated in the accessible seating area, where do my additional registered guests sit?

A. As noted above, subject to availability, you will be able to reserve tickets for up to three companions to sit with you in the designated accessible area during the registration process.

Q. Do you have Sensory Toolkits?

A. "I'M A-OK" Sensory Toolkits are available at check-in for fans who are on the autism spectrum. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, earplugs, a sensory toy, and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge. Fans can pick up the Sensory Toolkit at check-in.

Q. Is there a specific area fans with disabilities should park at Lumen Field?

A. All parking, including accessible parking, will be available in both the North Lot and the Lumen Field Garage for $20, on a first-come, first serve basis. (Accessible parking requires a state-issued, accessible parking permit/placard.)

Q. Is there an accessible drop-off location for Lumen Field?

A. The accessible drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. and Occidental Ave., accessible from 1st Ave. S. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the stadium prior to parking. You cannot park in the drop-off zone. Similar access for passenger pickup will be provided post-practice, you may experience traffic delays.

Q. Where is the arrival location for accessible seating at Lumen Field?

A. All fans will enter through the NW Gate and N Gate from the North Parking Lot. Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. Lumen Field is equipped with two elevators in the NE and NW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility.

Q. What should I do if I need accessible seating at Lumen Field?

A. All seating, including accessible seating, will be General Admission for the mock game. To request accessible seating at Lumen Field, please fill out this short form.

If you need any assistance onsite at Lumen Field locating an accessible seating area, contact any guest service staff and they will be happy to assist.

Transportation

As a reminder, all fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Renton Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from VMAC. A transportation fee of $12 per person will be charged at the time of registration. Only fans arriving at VMAC via the designated team shuttle will be allowed into practice. The VMAC parking lot will be closed to the public.

Q. Can I drive directly to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No. Parking is not available at the VMAC facility or nearby neighborhoods. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Renton Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from VMAC. A parking and transportation fee of $12 per person will be charged at the time of registration.

Q. Where do I park at The Renton Landing?

A. Parking is located on levels 3-4 of The Renton Landing Parking Garage. When levels 3-4 are full, vehicles will be redirected to a nearby parking lot. Guests are encouraged to carpool or use mass transit to/from The Renton Landing.

*Parking for the July 31 practice will be in a different parking lot at The Renton Landing. Please check your event details for more information.

Q. Where do I park for Lumen Field Practice?

A. Parking will be available in both the North Lot and the Lumen Field Garage for $20. Accessible parking will be first-come, first-served with a state-issued, accessible parking permit.

Q. How do I get to Training Camp at the VMAC?

A. Transportation will be available from The Renton Landing shopping center in Renton to the VMAC facility. The last bus to VMAC leaves 45 minutes after the start of practice. This will be the only way to access Training Camp. A transportation fee of $12 is required at the time of online registration. All attendees will check-in at The Landing to confirm registration. No individual drop offs, walk ups/outs or pick-ups will be allowed at VMAC.

Due to limited parking opportunities at The Renton Landing, the Seahawks are recommending that Training Camp guests use carpool and mass transit options.

Q. Can I drop off my family at VMAC instead of parking at The Renton Landing?

A. No. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Renton Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from VMAC. A transportation fee of $12 per person will be charged at the time of registration.

Refunds / Transfer of Tickets

Q. What is the refund or transfer policy?

A. Please email Seahawks Customer Service at TrainingCamp@Seahawks.com at least 7 days prior to the registered practice date to make any changes to your registration.

Q. Am I able to resell my Training Camp entry?

A. Reselling of your entry is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of Training Camp privileges. If a Season Ticket Holder or Blue Pride Member is found to be reselling their vouchers it could result in revocation of ticket privileges.

What Can I Bring?

Q. What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp?

A. In order to provide a safer environment and to expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the NFL Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Training Camp. Similar to gameday at Lumen Field, fans may only bring the following style and size bags and items into Seahawks Training Camp at VMAC: ​

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.
  • Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.

NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check.

Fans are encouraged to review the Seahawks gameday bag policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience.

Backpacks and bags are discouraged.

Q. What should I bring to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. The following items are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp:

  • Hats
  • Jackets
  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol only)
  • Sunglasses (without a case)
  • Binoculars (without a case)
  • Blankets
  • Footballs
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Seat Cushions
  • Strollers
  • Outside Food (carried only in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy)
  • Printed Training Camp Transportation Voucher(s)

The following items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp:

  • Weapons (of any kind)
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Glass
  • Aerosol cans of sunscreen
  • Noisemakers
  • Coolers
  • Umbrellas
  • Cans
  • Metal Water Bottles
  • Pets (registered service animals will be permitted)
  • Camcorders (professional cameras and tripods)
  • Any item deemed inappropriate by security

Shirts and shoes are required. Please refrain from wearing any type of distracting or inappropriate apparel.

Fans are asked to comply with the Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct and the requests of Training Camp employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Training Camp.

Q. May I bring my camera to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. You may bring personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others' enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses – larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted at Seahawks Training Camp.

Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

No flash photography of any type will be permitted at any time. The use of audio or video recording devices during practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming and blogging during practice is strictly prohibited.

Q. May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. Coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

While at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center

Q. Will the latest Seahawks merchandise be available?

A. Yes, The Seahawks Pro Shop will have a retail tent located near the main fan entrance at VMAC. The Pro Shop has a retail location at The Renton Landing as well. The Pro Shop store location will be open before and after camp, located near Check-In.

Q. Will food and beverages be available?

A. Various Various food carts/vendors will be on site each day offering a variety of food available for purchase. The Landing in Renton also offers many options for breakfast before or lunch after camp.

Q. What is the smoking policy?

A. VMAC is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or inside the buildings at VMAC. If fans leave the premises to smoke they will not be allowed to return. Fans may ride the shuttle back to The Renton Landing to smoke, but will not be able to return to practice.

Q. Will fans be allowed to depart VMAC and then re-enter to watch practice?

A. No. Due to security concerns and direction from NFL Security, re-entry will not be permitted. Once a fan exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Q. Is there a place to bring my child for nursing or changing needs?

A. Yes, we will have an accessible Mamava pod at VMAC available for nursing and/or changing needs.

Q. Will the Seahawks provide tours of the VMAC facility during Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No. Due to the large number of fans expected to attend Training Camp, we are unable to provide tours of the team's headquarters.

Q. Is there an ATM on site?

A. There are not ATM machines available to the general public at the VMAC. However, there are ATM machines at The Renton Landing. Please plan accordingly.

Q. What's the environment at Training Camp like?

A. Virginia Mason Athletic Center management has implemented a Fan Code of Conduct and is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
  • Over-intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of on-field activities (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
  • Verbal or physical harassment of team members, staff members, or other fans
  • Smoking, tobacco, or marijuana use on Virginia Mason Athletic Center property

Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Seattle Seahawks Training Camp. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior and fighting will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) and/or permanent revocation of ticket privileges.

*All Seahawks Training Camp guests are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests.

Q: Will fans be able to be near players and get autographs at camp?

A: To protect fans and players, autographs will not be permitted as the NFL and NFLPA mandate 20 feet of distance between players & fans at all times.

Cancellations

In the event that practice moves indoors or is canceled, we will notify all registered guests as early as possible via automated phone message, text message and/or email. Cancellation announcements will also be posted through the Seahawks official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

If practice is cancelled due to inclement weather, select re-registration dates will be distributed to registered guests.

If the team moves inside during practice, fans will depart The Virginia Mason Athletic Center and return to The Renton Landing.

Practices are all subject to change without notice.

COVID-19 Warning

You must follow all stadium policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the stadium and on stadium grounds

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. While people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions.

No precautions can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By entering the stadium and stadium grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.

Advertising
