Registration

Q: Is Seahawks Training Camp, powered by Boeing, open to the public?

A. Yes, however all fans attending must pre-register as viewing space at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center facility is limited.

Q. How many practices can I register for?

A. There will be a maximum of four (4) registrants per group, and a limit of three (3) practices per registrant. For the Lumen Field practice, you can register for up to 4 reserved seats. If you are found to exceed these registration limits, your additional entries will be automatically removed.

Q. What time do practices begin at Seahawks Training Camp?

A. There are multiple practice start times this year (1:30 PM, 1:35 PM, 1:45 PM, 2:30 PM), depending on the practice date, and generally last around 2 hours but are subject to change. Only fans registered to attend will be allowed to attend and watch practice.

Q. Are there any age restrictions for fans to attend Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No, however, kids 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2 years old or younger are able to attend free of charge with an adult and do not need to be registered.


Transferring and Refunding Registration

Q. Can I transfer Seahawks Training Camp vouchers to other members in my party?

A. Yes, you can distribute vouchers to other members in your party. No formal transfer process is required for practices at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center as long as each guest has a voucher. If you need to change the name on your registration, please email Seahawks Customer Service at TrainingCamp@Seahawks.com and we'd be happy to assist.

For the practice at Lumen Field, you may transfer tickets directly to other members in your party using Seahawks Account Manager. For transfer instructions, review our Mobile Ticket Guide.

Q. Can I resell my entry for Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No, reselling of your voucher or ticket is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of Seahawks Training Camp privileges. If a Season Ticket Holder or Blue Pride Member is found to be reselling their vouchers it could result in revocation of ticket privileges.

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. Refunds will be permitted up until 7 days prior to the registered practice date. Please email Seahawks Customer Service at TrainingCamp@Seahawks.com to request a refund. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.


Check-In

Q. Once I'm registered, how do I gain entry into Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?

A. After registration, you will receive an email confirmation including an attachment with your transportation voucher(s). You can display your voucher(s) right on your mobile phone or print a physical copy to scan at entry. Upon arrival at the Training Camp Check-In Center at The Renton Landing, your voucher will be scanned and you will receive a transportation wristband to access the shuttle to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Q. Where do I check-in at The Renton Landing?

A. Check-In is located in The Pro Shop at The Renton Landing (840 N 10th Pl, Renton, WA 98057)

Q. What are the hours of check-in at The Renton Landing?

A. Check-in begins 2 hours prior to the start of practice and closes 30 minutes after practice begins, the same time the last bus departs The Renton Landing for the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Q. How do I access my tickets for the practice at Lumen Field?

A. Your tickets will be mobile. After registration, your tickets will be loaded into your Seahawks account. You can access them by logging into Seahawks Account Manager using the same email address you used to register. For practice day, we recommend downloading the Seahawks Mobile App and adding tickets to your mobile wallet for easiest access. Q. Where do I enter for the practice at Lumen Field?

A. Fans may enter through the NW Gate or South Gate. For Club and Suite guests, level 5 & 6 of the Lumen Field Garage will be open for entry. Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. All tickets will be mobile and scanned upon entry like a typical Lumen Field event


Accessibility

Q. Can I register for accessible seating at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?

A. Yes, accessible seating is available for all open practices. To register for accessible seating, qualified individuals will be able to check the dedicated box during the registration process. You may register for 4 total seats (e.g., for 1 guest requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 3 companion seats; or for two guests requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 2 companion seats). Please note that as with general seating, accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached for each individual practice, the accessible seating check box option will be grayed out and no longer available.

Q. Can my additional registered guests join me in the accessible seating area?

A. Yes, subject to availability, you may register for up three companions to sit with you in the accessible seating area during the registration process.

Q. Where is accessible seating located at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center?

A. There will be a dedicated accessible seating section near the practice field at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center for those who reserved spots through the registration process. All attendees must pre-register for accessible seating.

Q. Where are accessible parking spaces located at The Renton Landing?

A. Accessible parking spaces will be first-come, first-served in the main garage at The Renton Landing for fans with the required placard, plate or tab, located at 828 N 10th Place. Please enter The Renton Landing garage off Logan Avenue North. Additional parking spots will be reserved on Level 2 of the garage for all Training Camp guests registered with vouchers in accessible seating locations. Parking is not available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

Q. Will there be accessible transportation accommodations from The Renton Landing?

A. Yes, accessible bus transportation will depart from The Renton Landing continuously. Guests who are registered for accessible seating and their group may all ride together.

Q. Where do guests registered for accessible seating check in at The Renton Landing?

A. An accessible seating check-in will be located on Level 2 of The Renton Landing parking garage, just in front of the elevators and next to the accessible parking locations. After check-in you will be escorted to the accessible bag check and bus load areas. You do not need to wait in the line for general check in and bus loading.

Q. Can I register for accessible seating at Lumen Field?

A. Yes, accessible seating will be available and indicated as such during the Lumen Field practice registration process through Ticketmaster. Qualified individuals will be able to select reserved accessible seating for up to 4 total seats (e.g., for 1 guest requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 3 companion seats; or for two guests requiring the use of accessible seating + up to 2 companion seats). Please note that as with general seating, accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. Where are accessible parking spaces located at Lumen Field?

A. All parking, including accessible parking, will be available in both the North Lot and Lumen Field Garage for $20, on a first-come, first served basis. Accessible parking requires a state-issued, accessible parking permit/placard.

Q. Where do I enter for accessible seating at Lumen Field?

A. Fans may enter through the NW Gate, SW Gate, or South Gate. For Club and Suite guests, level 5 & 6 of the Lumen Field Garage will be open for entry. Lumen Field is equipped with two elevators in the SW, NE and NW corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of practice. All tickets will be mobile and scanned upon entry like a typical Lumen Field event.

Q. Do you have Sensory Toolkits?

A. "I'M A-OK" Sensory Toolkits are available at check-in for fans who are on the autism spectrum. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, earplugs, a sensory toy, and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge.


Transportation

All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Renton Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. A transportation fee of $12 per person will be charged at the time of registration. Only fans arriving at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center via the designated team shuttle will be allowed into practice. The Virginia Mason Athletic Center parking lot will be closed to the public and no individual drop offs, walk ups/outs or pick-ups will be allowed. Due to limited parking opportunities at The Renton Landing, the Seahawks are recommending that Training Camp guests use carpool and mass transit options.

Q. Can I drive directly to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No, parking is not available at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center facility or nearby neighborhoods. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Renton Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. A transportation fee of $12 per person will be charged at the time of registration.

Q. Where do I park at The Renton Landing?

A. Parking is located on levels 3-4 of The Renton Landing Parking Garage. When levels 3-4 are full, vehicles will be redirected to a nearby parking lot. Guests are encouraged to carpool or use mass transit to/from The Renton Landing.

Q. Where do I park for Lumen Field Practice?

For the practice at Lumen Field, parking will be available in the North Lot and Lumen Field Garage on a first-come, first-served basis for $20 per vehicle.


Clear Bag Policy

Q. What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp?

A. In order to provide a safe environment and to expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Training Camp. Fans may only bring the following style and size bags and items into Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field:

- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

- Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.

- Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.

NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check. Fans are encouraged to review the Clear Bag Policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience. Backpacks and bags are discouraged.

Q. What Items am I allowed to bring to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. The following items are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center:

Outside Food (carried only in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy)

Q. What Items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp?

Shirts and shoes are required. Please refrain from wearing any type of distracting or inappropriate apparel.

Q. May I bring my camera to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. You may bring personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others' enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses – larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted at Seahawks Training Camp.

Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the Clear Bag Policy.

No flash photography of any type will be permitted at any time. The use of audio or video recording devices during practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming and blogging during practice is strictly prohibited.

Q. May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Training Camp?

A. Coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the Clear Bag Policy.


Amenities While At Training Camp

Q. Will the latest Seahawks merchandise be available?

A. Yes, the Seahawks Pro Shop will have a retail tent located near the main fan entrance at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. The Pro Shop also has a retail location at The Renton Landing, open before and after camp. For the practice at Lumen Field, the Flagship Pro Shop will be open.

Q. Will food and beverages be available?

A. Various food carts/vendors will be on site each day offering a variety of food available for purchase. The Renton Landing also offers many dining options for breakfast before or lunch after camp.

Q. What is the smoking policy?

A. Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field are smoke-free environments. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or inside the buildings at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center or Lumen Field. If fans leave the premises to smoke they will not be allowed to return. Fans may ride the shuttle back to The Renton Landing to smoke, but will not be able to return to practice.

Q. Will fans be allowed to depart the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and then re-enter to watch practice?

A. No. Due to security concerns and direction from NFL Security, re-entry will not be permitted. Once a fan exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Q. Is there a place to bring my child for nursing or changing needs?

A. Yes, we will have an accessible Mamava pod at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center available for nursing and/or changing needs. At Lumen Field, The Mother's Room, located on the 6th floor Suite Level will be available.

Q. Will the Seahawks provide tours of the Virginia Mason Athletic Center during Seahawks Training Camp?

A. No. Due to the large number of fans expected to attend Seahawks Training Camp, we are unable to provide tours of the team's headquarters.

Q. Will cash be accepted as a payment method?

A: All sales transactions at Training Camp both at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and at Lumen Field will be cashless to eliminate the handling and exchange of money​. Cards and forms of contactless payment like Apple Pay will be accepted.

There are not ATM machines available to the general public at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. However, there are ATM machines at The Renton Landing. Please plan accordingly. For the practice at Lumen Field, please note that Lumen Field is a cashless facility.

Q: Will fans be able to be near players and get autographs at camp?

A: All fans will watch practice from behind a fence line to protect the players and the team. Players may come to the fence after practice to sign autographs, but no autographs or photos are guaranteed. The same applies for fans in the seating bowl for practice at Lumen Field.


Practice Cancellations

In the event that practice moves indoors or is canceled, we will notify all registered guests as early as possible via automated phone message, text message and/or email. Cancellation announcements will also be posted through the Seahawks official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

If practice is cancelled due to inclement weather, select re-registration dates will be distributed to registered guests.

If the team moves inside during practice, fans will depart The Virginia Mason Athletic Center and return to The Renton Landing.

Practices are all subject to change without notice.


Fan Behavior And Code Of Conduct

Fans are asked to comply with the Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct and the requests of Seahawks Training Camp employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Seahawks Training Camp. All Seahawks Training Camp ticket/voucher holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests.


COVID-19 Protocol

Q. Will I be required to be vaccinated or wear a mask to attend Training Camp?

A. Masking nor proof of vaccination is required per current public health orders. If you are feeling sick or have symptoms related to COVID-19, please stay home. Face coverings will be made available at check-in for those who would like.

You must follow all stadium policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the stadium, on stadium grounds, or at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. While people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions.

No precautions can completely eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By entering the stadium and stadium grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.
