Can I transfer my digital wristband to a friend?
No, digital wristbands are non-transferrable. The fan who registered for the wristband must be the fan who is purchasing tickets at the Box Office. Photo ID will be required at the Box Office.
How do I access my digital wristband on my mobile device?
Just like a mobile ticket, you will be able to pull up your digital wristband barcode right on your mobile device using your Ticketmaster account. You will receive your barcode at 8am on the morning of July 22nd.
If I don't have a digital wristband can I still come line up at the stadium to purchase tickets?
No, you must be registered for a digital wristband to attend the stadium on-sale. Overnight camping or lining up on Lumen Field property is prohibited.

When can I arrive to the Lumen Field Northwest Box Office?
Fans can arrive as early as 8:00am on Monday, July 22nd and Tuesday, July 23rd and wait for their time window in our designated North Plaza line queuing area. We encourage you to arrive as close your time window as possible to reduce your wait time and to avoid crowding. The first time window each day will begin at 9:00am.
Where can I park?
Parking will be available in the Lumen Field Garage or the North Lot at daily posted rates.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your mobile device with your digital wristband barcode, your photo ID, and a method of payment.
How do I access my digital wristband barcode for entry?
Your digital wristband barcode will be available starting Monday, July 22nd at 8:00am. To access, log in to the Ticketmaster App using your mobile device with the same credentials you used to register. Within the Ticketmaster App you will be able to select the on-sale event and pull up your ticket. You will present your mobile barcode upon entry into the North Plaza, as well as at the beginning of your time window for redemption.
How much do tickets cost and what seating is available?
Tickets will be $75 each and are located in the upper level corners of the stadium: Sections 300, 301, 318, 319, 325, 326, 343, 344. The best available seating will be offered to each fan – we will not be able to take specific seating requests.
How many tickets can I purchase?
Each fan is able to purchase up to four total tickets. That can be one ticket to four games, two tickets to two games, or four tickets to one game.
What payment methods will be accepted?
Debit/credit cards or cash will be accepted. We can accept one payment method per transaction. We are not able to split ticket cost on multiple cards or between card and cash. We have an ATM on-site if needed. Each fan must be aged 16 years or older to purchase tickets.
Can I bring a friend or family member in line with me?
No, only the fan who is registered for a wristband will be allowed to line up and purchase tickets.
I want to coordinate seating with a friend or family member, but they are assigned a different time window than I am. Can we purchase together?
Yes, we can accommodate friends or family together in the later of the two assigned time windows.
How long will it take to purchase tickets once my assigned time window begins?
We anticipate it will take the full hour time window to complete sales to each group. We will sell tickets as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to reduce your wait time.
Will food and beverage be available at Lumen Field?
We will have complimentary water stations available in the North Plaza. No other food and beverage will be provided.
