Is Seahawks Training Camp presented by Safeway open to the public?

Yes, however all fans attending must pre-register as viewing space at the VMAC and Pop Keeney Stadium facilities are limited. Each registrant is able to register up to four (4) people total in their group, for up to three (3) practices (based on availability).

What time do practices begin at Seahawks Training Camp?

Practices usually begin at 10:00 a.m. and generally last around 2 hours but are subject to change. Only fans registered to attend will be allowed to watch practice. Please check the the registration webpage for your selected practice for exact practice times.

Are there any age restrictions for fans to attend Seahawks Training Camp?

No, however, kids 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2 years old or younger are able to attend free of charge with an adult and do not need to be registered.


Once I'm registered, how do I gain entry into Seahawks Training Camp?

After registration, you will receive a PDF copy of your Transportation Voucher(s) by email. Please print your voucher before heading to Training Camp. You can also display your ticket on your mobile phone, or download it through the Eventbrite App. Upon arrival at the Training Camp Check-In, your voucher will be scanned and will be utilized as your ticket to access practice.

What are the hours of check-in at The Landing?

Check-in begins 90 minutes prior to the start of practice and closes 45 minutes after practice begins, the same time the last bus departs The Landing for VMAC. As most practices begin at 10 a.m., check-in will generally open at 8:30 a.m. and close by 10:45 a.m. However, please double-check the start time of the practice for which you have registered.

What are the hours of check-in at Pop Keeney Stadium?

Check-in begins 90 minutes prior to the start of practice and closes 45 minutes after practice begins. Check-in will open at 12:00 p.m. and close by 2:15 p.m. However, please double-check the start time of the practice as times are subject to change.

How many practices can I register for?

There will be a maximum of four (4) registrants per group, and a limit of three (3) practices per registrant. If you are found to exceed these registration limits, your additional entries will be automatically removed.

Americans with Disabilities Act Access

Is there a specific area fans with disabilities should park for VMAC practices?

ADA parking spaces will be first-come, first-served in the main garage at The Landing for fans with the required placard, plate or tab, located at 828 N 10th Place. Please enter The Landing garage off Logan Avenue North.

We hold parking spots on Level 2 of the garage for all ADA registered Training Camp guests. Guests with proper ADA plates, tabs or placards are able to park in any ADA designated spot regardless of those we hold for Training Camp guests.

Where do ADA registered guests check in for VMAC practices?

ADA Check-In is located on Level 2 of The Landing parking garage, just in front of the elevators and next to the ADA parking location. You will then be escorted to the ADA bag check and bus load areas. You do not need to wait in the line for general check in and bus loading.

Will there be transportation accommodations for ADA registered guests attending VMAC practices?

ADA compliant buses will depart from The Landing continuously. ADA registered guests and their group may all ride together on either the ADA compliant bus or the standard bus.

Where do fans with disabilities sit at VMAC practices?

There will be a dedicated ADA section near the practice field at VMAC for those who reserved a spot through the registration process. Those registered may bring three guests with them into the ADA seating area.

Can I register for ADA seating?

Yes, ADA seating is available for all open practices. To register for ADA seating you will be able to check the dedicated box during the general registration process. You may register for 4 total seats: 1 ADA Guest + 3 Companion. Please note that as with general seating, ADA seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached for each individual practice, the check box option will be grayed out and no longer available

If I am seated in the ADA section, where do my additional registered guests sit?

You will be able to bring three companions to sit with you in the designated ADA section.


VMAC Practices:

As a reminder, all fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from VMAC. A parking and transportation fee of $10 per person will be charged at the time of registration. Only fans arriving at VMAC via the designated team shuttle will be allowed into practice. The VMAC parking lot will be closed to the public.

Can I drive directly to Seahawks Training Camp at VMAC?

No. Parking is not available at the VMAC facility or nearby neighborhoods. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from VMAC. A parking and transportation fee of $10 per person will be charged at the time of registration.

How do I get to Training Camp at the VMAC?

Transportation will be available from The Landing shopping center in Renton to the VMAC facility. The last bus to VMAC leaves 45 minutes after the start of practice. This will be the only way to access Training Camp. A transportation fee of $10 is required at the time of online registration. All attendees will check-in at The Landing to confirm registration. No individual drop offs, walk ups/outs or pick-ups will be allowed at VMAC.

Due to limited parking opportunities at The Landing, the Seahawks are recommending that Training Camp guests use carpool and mass transit options.

Can I drop off my family at VMAC instead of parking at The Landing?

No. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to pre-register, park at The Landing and utilize team approved transportation to/from VMAC. A parking and transportation fee of $10 per person will be charged at the time of registration.

Refunds / Transfer of Tickets

What is the refund or transfer policy?

Please email Seahawks Customer Service at TrainingCamp@Seahawks.com at least 7 days prior to the registered practice date to make any changes to your registration.

Am I able to resell my Training Camp entry?

Reselling of your entry is strictly prohibited and could result in loss of Training Camp privileges. If a Season Ticket Holder or Blue Pride Member is found to be reselling their entries it could result in revocation of ticket privileges.

What Can I Bring?

What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp?

In order to provide a safer environment and to expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the NFL Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Training Camp. Similar to gameday at CenturyLink Field, fans may only bring the following style and size bags and items into Seahawks Training Camp: ​

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.
  • Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.

NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check.

Fans are encouraged to review the Seahawks gameday bag policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience.

Backpacks and bags are discouraged.

What should I bring to Seahawks Training Camp?

The following items are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp:

  • Hats
  • Jackets
  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol only)
  • Sunglasses (without a case)
  • Binoculars (without a case)
  • Blankets
  • Footballs
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Seat Cushions
  • Strollers
  • Outside Food (carried only in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy)
  • Printed Training Camp Transportation Voucher(s)

The following items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp:

  • Weapons (of any kind)
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Glass
  • Aerosol cans of sunscreen
  • Noisemakers
  • Coolers
  • Umbrellas
  • Cans
  • Metal Water Bottles
  • Pets (registered service animals will be permitted)
  • Camcorders (professional cameras and tripods)
  • Any item deemed inappropriate by security

Shirts and shoes are required. Please refrain from wearing any type of distracting or inappropriate apparel.

Fans are asked to comply with the Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct and the requests of Training Camp employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Training Camp.

May I bring my camera to Seahawks Training Camp?

You may bring personal still photography cameras and digital cameras. Photographic support tools that may interfere with others’ enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses – larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted at Seahawks Training Camp.

Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

No flash photography of any type will be permitted at any time. The use of audio or video recording devices during practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming and blogging during practice is strictly prohibited.

May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Training Camp?

Coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

While at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center

Will the latest Seahawks merchandise be available?

Yes, The Seahawks Pro Shop will have a retail tent located near the main fan entrances at all practices.

VMAC Practices:

The Pro Shop has a retail location at The Landing as well. The Pro Shop store location will be open before and after camp, located near Check-In.

Will food and beverages be available at VMAC?

Various food carts/vendors will be on site each day offering a variety of food available for purchase. The Landing in Renton also offers many options for breakfast before or lunch after camp.

What is the smoking policy at VMAC?

VMAC is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or inside the buildings at VMAC. If fans leave the premises to smoke they will not be allowed to return. Fans may ride the shuttle back to The Landing to smoke, but will not be able to return to practice.

Will fans be allowed to depart VMAC and then re-enter to watch practice?

No. Due to security concerns and direction from NFL Security, re-entry will not be permitted. Once a fan exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Is there a place to bring my child for nursing or changing needs at VMAC?

No. Unfortunately we do not have a designated area for these purposes and access into VMAC is not permitted.

Will the Seahawks provide tours of the VMAC facility during Seahawks Training Camp?

No. Due to the large number of fans expected to attend Training Camp, we are unable to provide tours of the team's headquarters.

Is there an ATM on site?

There are not ATM machines available to the general public at the VMAC or Pop Keeney Stadium. However, there are ATM machines at The Landing for VMAC practices. Please plan accordingly.

How can I get my children in the Kids Viewing Area at Training Camp at VMAC?

Kids Viewing Area access will be selected at random. Registered attendees will receive a Training Camp reminder email 48 hours before their registered Training Camp date. In the email you will be directed to a form that registrants will fill out and submit for their chance to be selected. If your child is selected, you will be notified via text message at the start of practice with instructions on how to gain access.

What's the environment at Training Camp like?

Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Pop Keeney Stadium management has implemented a Fan Code of Conduct and is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
  • Over-intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of on-field activities (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel
  • Verbal or physical harassment of team members, staff members, or other fans
  • Smoking, tobacco, or marijuana use on Virginia Mason Athletic Center property and at Pop Keeney Stadium
  • Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules are not welcome at Seattle Seahawks Training Camp. Unruly or inconsiderate behavior and fighting will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) and Pop Keeney Stadium and/or permanent revocation of ticket privileges.

*All Seahawks Training Camp guests are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests.


In the event that practice moves indoors or is canceled, we will notify all registered guests as early as possible via automated phone message, text message and/or email. Cancellation announcements will also be posted through the Seahawks official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

If practice is cancelled due to inclement weather, select re-registration dates will be distributed to registered guests. Practices are all subject to change without notice.

VMAC Practices:

If the team moves inside during practice, fans will depart The Virginia Mason Athletic Center and return to The Landing.
