How do I get in?

Each invited employee must register through Eventbrite to obtain two (2) tickets, which must be presented at check-in on Sunday, Aug. 11.

What time do practices begin at Seahawks Training Camp?

Practice begins at 10 a.m. and generally lasts about two hours, but is subject to change. Only fans with tickets will be allowed to watch practice. A special "pre-game show" is also planned for Boeing Day on Aug. 11, and it is scheduled to begin about 9:30 a.m.

Weather and other factors can lead to schedule changes, cancellations, and practices being moved indoors (and not available for spectators). During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to provide a phone number in order to be notified of schedule changes.

Are there any age restrictions for fans to attend Seahawks Training Camp?

No, however, kids 15-years-of-age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 2-years-old or younger are able to attend free of charge with an adult and do not need a ticket.

Check-In

Once I'm registered, how do I gain entry into Seahawks Training Camp?

Your ticket will serve as your transportation voucher and allow admittance to the Aug. 11 practice.

Upon arrival at the Training Camp Check-In Center at The Pro Shop at The Renton Landing, your voucher will be scanned and will be utilized as your ticket to access the shuttle to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. You must bring your ticket with you to be allowed on the shuttle. Each ticket has a unique bar code, and only one entry per bar code will be allowed.

What are the hours of check-in at The Pro Shop at The Renton Landing?

Check-in begins 90 minutes prior to the start of practice and closes 45 minutes after practice begins, the same time the last bus departs The Landing for VMAC. With the Aug. 11 practice scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., check-in will open at 8:30 a.m. and close by 10:45 a.m.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Access

What if I or my guest requires accommodations for disabilities?

Employees who require Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations for themselves or their guests should register under the General Admission (ADA) option when registering. At check-in, you will be directed to a special transportation line. Space in the ADA section is limited.

Is there a specific area fans with disabilities should park?

ADA parking spaces will be first-come, first-served in the main garage at The Landing for fans with the required placard, plate or tab, located at 828 N 10th Place. Please enter The Landing garage off Logan Avenue North.

We hold parking spots on Level 2 of the garage for all ADA registered Training Camp guests. Guests with proper ADA plates, tabs or placards are able to park in any ADA designated spot regardless of those we hold for Training Camp guests.

Will there be transportation accommodations for ADA registered guests?

ADA-compliant buses will depart from The Landing continuously. ADA registered guests and their group may all ride together on either the ADA compliant bus or the standard bus.

Where do fans with disabilities sit?

There will be a dedicated ADA section with limited capacity near the practice field at VMAC for those who need accommodations and the person they are with.

If I am seated in the ADA section, where does my guest sit?

You will be able to bring one companion to sit with you in the designated ADA section.

Transportation

As a reminder, all fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to park at The Landing and utilize team-approved transportation to/from VMAC. Only fans arriving at VMAC via the designated team shuttle will be allowed into practice. The VMAC parking lot will be closed to the public.

Can I drive directly to Seahawks Training Camp?

No. Parking is not available at the VMAC facility or nearby neighborhoods. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to park at The Landing and use team-approved transportation to/from VMAC

How do I get to Training Camp at the VMAC?

Transportation will be available from The Landing shopping center in Renton to the VMAC facility. The last bus to VMAC leaves 45 minutes after the start of practice. This will be the only way to access Training Camp. All attendees will check-in at The Landing to confirm registration. No individual drop offs, walk ups/outs or pick-ups will be allowed at VMAC.

Due to limited parking opportunities at The Landing, the Seahawks recommend that Training Camp guests use carpool and mass transit options.

Can I drop off my family at VMAC instead of parking at The Landing?

No. All fans attending Seahawks Training Camp are required to park at The Landing and use team-approved transportation to/from VMAC.

Can I give my training camp tickets to someone else?

If you are not able to attend, please give your tickets to a co-worker.

Do I need to show my Boeing badge to enter?

No.

What Can I Bring?

What kind of bags are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp?

In order to provide a safer environment and to expedite check-in, the Seattle Seahawks will enforce the NFL Clear Bag Policy at Seahawks Training Camp. Similar to game days at CenturyLink Field, fans may only bring the following style and size bags and items into Seahawks Training Camp at VMAC: ​

·        Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

·        One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

·        Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into Seahawks Training Camp along with one of the clear bag options.

·        Seat cushions and lawn chairs with minimal pockets and zipped compartments. Chairs that fold-up and are carried in bags will be permitted, however the bag will be subject to search.

NOTE: An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at Bag Check.

Fans are encouraged to review the Seahawks gameday bag policy developed to balance fan needs and improve public safety and convenience.

Backpacks and bags that do not conform to requirements are not allowed.

What should I bring to Seahawks Training Camp?

The following items are permitted at Seahawks Training Camp:

·         Hats

·         Jackets

·         Sunscreen (non-aerosol only)

·         Sunglasses (without a case)

·         Binoculars (without a case)

·         Blankets

·         Footballs

·         Lawn chairs

·         Seat cushions

·         Strollers

·         Outside food (carried only in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy)

The following items are prohibited at Seahawks Training Camp:

·        Weapons (of any kind)

·        Alcoholic beverages

·        Glass

·       Sunscreen (aerosol can)

·        Noisemakers

·        Coolers

·        Umbrellas

·        Cans

·        Metal water bottles

·        Pets (registered service animals will be permitted)

·        Camcorders (professional cameras and tripods)

·        Any item deemed inappropriate by security

Shirts and shoes are required. Please refrain from wearing any type of distracting or inappropriate apparel.

Fans are asked to comply with the Seattle Seahawks Fan Code of Conduct and the requests of Training Camp employees. Failure to follow these rules and policies will result in immediate removal from Training Camp.

May I bring my camera to Seahawks Training Camp?

Still cameras with lenses under 12" and without flash attachments are permitted for use during all Seahawks Training Camp practices.

Camera cases are prohibited in accordance with the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

No flash photography of any type will be permitted at any time. The use of audio or video recording devices during practice is strictly forbidden, including camcorders or cellular phones with video capabilities. Videotaping, live streaming and blogging during practice is strictly prohibited.

May we bring our coolers to Seahawks Training Camp?

Coolers are not permitted. Outside food and factory sealed water bottles are permitted, however they must only be carried in bags compliant with the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

While at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center

Will the latest Seahawks merchandise be available?

Yes. The Seahawks Pro Shop will have a retail tent located near the main fan entrance at VMAC. The Pro Shop has a retail location at The Landing as well. The Pro Shop store location will be open before and after camp, located near Check-In.

Will food and beverages be available?

Various food carts/vendors will be on site offering a variety of food available for purchase. The Landing in Renton also offers many options for breakfast before or lunch after camp.

What is the smoking policy?

VMAC is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the grounds or inside the buildings at VMAC. If fans leave the premises to smoke they will not be allowed to return. Fans may ride the shuttle back to The Landing to smoke, but will not be able to return to practice.

Will fans be allowed to depart VMAC and then re-enter to watch practice?

No. Due to security concerns and direction from NFL Security, re-entry will not be permitted. Once a fan exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Is there a place to bring my child for nursing or changing needs?

No. Unfortunately we do not have a designated area for these purposes and access into VMAC is not permitted.

Will the Seahawks provide tours of the VMAC facility during Seahawks Training Camp?

No. Due to the large number of fans expected to attend Training Camp, we are unable to provide tours of the team's headquarters.

Is there an ATM on site?

There are not ATM machines available to the general public at the VMAC. However, there are ATM machines at The Landing. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellations and Changes

Weather and other factors can lead to schedule changes, cancellations, and practices being moved indoors (and not available for spectators).

If the team moves inside during practice, fans will depart The Virginia Mason Athletic Center and return to The Landing.

Practices are all subject to change without notice.
