OFFICIAL RULES

The Western Washington Toyota Dealers Advertising Association ("WWTDAA") will be awarding a 2022 Toyota Tundra (retail value$65,179) to a Military Family within the WWTDAA footprint. This awardee will be chosen by the local community through the selection process described below.

NOMINATIONS: To nominate a Military Family for consideration, visit Seahawks.com/Toyota between September 25, 2022 at 12:00am Pacific Time "(PT)" and October 21, 2022 at 11:59pm PT (the "Nomination Period"). There, you ("Participant") may complete and submit a nomination form, which must include (I) a description of the Military Family and (II) why they deserve to be awarded a new Toyota Tundra truck. Limit one (1) nomination per Participant during the Nomination Period. To be eligible for nomination, a family must: (I) be U.S. military inactive reserve (i.e., Ready Reserve) that is part of the individual Ready Reserve, Selected Reserve and Inactive National Guard; OR a retiree of the U.S. military, OR a military veteran within two years of their discharge date; OR a household member of an eligible U.S. military personnel, including Gold Star family members; AND (II) provide verifiable proof of military status AND, (III) be based in Western Washington (Boundaries: Bellingham (North), Chehalis (South), Wenatchee (East), Aberdeen (West)). On or around October 22, 2022, WWTDAA and Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks (collectively, the "Sponsors") will review all submissions and select three (3) finalist nominees from the eligible submissions (the "Finalists"). Shortly thereafter, the Finalists will be announced online at Seahawks.com/Toyota.

VOTING: To cast your vote for the Winning Military Family, visit Seahawks.com/Toyota between November 1, 2022 at 12:00am PT and November 25, 2022 at 11:59pm PT (the "Voting Period") and submit your vote for one of the three Finalists. Limit one (1) vote per Participant during the Voting Period. The voting results will be announced at the Seahawks game on December 11, 2022. Each Finalist will each receive two (2) admission tickets to the December 11, 2022 Seattle Seahawks home game (retail value $260 ($130 per ticket)). The finalist with the most votes (the "Winning Military Family") will win a 2022 Toyota Tundra (retail value $65,179). The finalist with the second-most votes (the "First Runner-Up") will win four (4) admission tickets and four (4) pregame sideline passes to a mutually agreeable Seattle Seahawks 2023 home game (retail value $2,120 ($130 per ticket and $400 per sideline pass)). The finalist with the smallest number of votes (the "Second Runner-Up") will win four (4) admission tickets and four (4) pregame sideline passes to a mutually agreeable Seattle Seahawks 2023 home game (retail value $2,120 ($130 per ticket and $400 per sideline pass)).

GENERAL TERMS & RESTRICTIONS: You must be 18 years or older to nominate and/or vote for an organization. No purchase necessary. Participant acknowledges that his/her involvement is voluntary and does not create a contractual relationship of any kind between Participant and Sponsors or their affiliates. By submitting personal contact information, Participant consents to use of that information for communications by Sponsors and/or their respective affiliates in connection with this giveaway (such consent is not a condition of doing business with Sponsors and may be withdrawn by Participant). By submitting a nomination form, Participant affirms that he/she is not employed by or affiliated with the individual/family being nominated. Sponsors have sole discretion in administering the nomination and voting process (including the selection of Finalists) and may, at any time and for any reason, disqualify an organization or Participant which Sponsors deem to be in violation of these Official Rules. While the nomination, consideration, or selection of an individual/family (as a Finalist, Winner, First Runner-Up and/or Second Runner-Up) does not constitute or create a contractual relationship of any kind between Sponsors and said individual/family (or the nominating party), the Finalists will each be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver form prior to accepting any prize(s) from Sponsors.
