Blue Friday Night Lights: O'Dea Fighting Irish vs Eastside Catholic Crusaders
The Blue Friday Night Lights tour rolled through historic West Seattle Stadium on October 5 for a matchup of the state’s two best AAA teams - O’Dea and Eastside Catholic. On a rain-soaked field that has seen its share of great games, dating back to 1936, we saw a clash of titans. Eastside Catholic pulled away from O’Dea late, with the Crusaders rolling to a 31-13 victory.

On Friday night,October 25, the Kent-Meridian Royals welcomed the Mt. Rainier Rams to their home stadium for a special homecoming night as the Blue Friday Night Lights caravan made its final stop to help join the celebration. Boom, Blue Thunder, the Seahawks Dancers and DJ SupaSam joined in for some very special pregame festivities as well as Seahawks Defensive Tackle Nazair Jones and legend Courtney Taylor were on hand for the coin toss as well.

The Seahawks have been touring high school football games across the Puget Sound, bringing the Blue Friday Night Lights party to celebrate football with communities around Washington. Year Two of Blue Friday Night Lights, the Seahawks' High School football caravan, kicked off with a clash of Top 10 powerhouses at CenturyLink Field, where the Kennedy Lancers and the Bethel Braves were joined by Blitz, Blue Thunder, the Seahawks Dancers and DJ SupaSam for some very special pregame festivities. Seahawks Safety Tedric Thompson was on hand for the coin toss as well.

On Friday night, September 21, the #2 team in AAAA, Mt. Si Wildcats, welcomed the #9 Woodinville Falcons to their small-town stadium with a big-time feel for a very memorable night of football.
