Seattle Seahawks Gameday Policies

Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in the stadium and Event Center.

All other animals, including emotional support dogs, are prohibited.

Banners and signs are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and not commercial, political or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held; signs on sticks are not permitted. Lumen Field reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.

As part of a continued effort to improve the guest experience, reduce lines, and increase safety by limiting the exchange of money, Lumen Field is a cashless venue.

We now only accept cards and contactless payment like Apple Pay at concessions, retail, parking, and vendors/hawkers. Learn more about Apple Pay.

For fans without cards, 10 cash-to-card kiosks are located around the stadium to easily convert cash onto a prepaid card. Any amount from $1-$500 can be loaded per card and there is no transaction fee. Cards can be used inside or outside the stadium anywhere major cards are accepted.

• Field Plaza (Section 131)
• Main Concourse (Sections 103 & 119)
• Club Level (Section 213)
• Summit Level (Section 330)
• Event Center/WAMU Theater

What does this mean?

Following several other stadiums and event centers that have seen success with a cashless model, we will now only accept cards for concessions, retail, parking, and vendors/hawkers in order to provide a faster, more efficient sales process.

What do attendees do if they bring cash to an event?

For guests without a card form of payment, ten self-service kiosks that convert cash to a prepaid card will be located throughout the stadium and event center. There is no fee to use the cash-to-card machines, which will easily convert as little as $1 cash and cards can be used inside or outside the venue, everywhere major cards are accepted. Helpful Tips

• Card security is a priority. Vendors will pass a card-swipe machine down the row to you so that your card does not have to leave your hands.
• Parents: Change your cash to card when you first enter the venue to ensure your child can easily purchase snacks during the event.
• There is also no age minimum to use the self-service kiosks to convert cash-to-card, and no personal information is collected. Guest Link representatives will be nearby to assist guests with the kiosks, as needed.
• Vendors and bartenders can be tipped electronically at the end of your transaction.
• If you have money remaining on your card, use it anywhere outside the venue that major cards are accepted.
• Round up! When adding cash to your prepaid card, please remember that concession prices do not include tax.

The Lumen Field Box Office, Seahawks Pro Shop, and permanent novelty stands accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. All stadium concession stands accept American Express, MasterCard, and VISA. Credit card acceptance varies for all other Lumen Field events.

We are committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment and enjoyable experience on gameday. To report any inappropriate activity during the game that may be disrupting your enjoyment of the game or for housekeeping needs, please text "HAWK12" to 69050. If you have questions or issues regarding your game tickets please visit the Northwest Box Office starting 3 hours prior to kickoff. Lumen Field and the Seattle Seahawks reserve the right to eject anyone who violates our Fan Code of Conduct, or whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Tickets can be revoked without refund and the individuals will be escorted from Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. If you are ejected from a Seahawks game you will be required to complete our $250 Fan Code of Conduct Course before re-admittance into Lumen Field. The Fan Conduct Class can be completed at FanConductClass.com/Seahawks. All season ticket holders are responsible for the behavior of themselves as well as their guests using their seats.

In the event of a serious Lumen Field and Event Center emergency, all event staff, law enforcement and fire personnel are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system and on stadium televisions and scoreboards.

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted onto the field before, during or after a Seahawks game. Any unauthorized person going onto the field will be removed and subject to arrest, and will have their ticket privileges revoked.

For guest safety and convenience there are several First Aid Stations located throughout the stadium and event center. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance or directions. First Aid stations can be found at the following locations:

• Main Concourse: Sections 103, 119 & 141
• Club Level: Rainier Neighborhood across from Club Suite 26
• Suite Level: Rainier Neighborhood across from Suite 36
• Summit Level Concourse: Sections 300 & 326

Automatic External Defibrillators (AED's) are located throughout the facility.

Outside food in a clear plastic bag or pizza in a pizza box is allowed into Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center (food must be single serving). Outside beverages are not allowed. Exceptions are made for factory-sealed water bottles (non-enhanced, flavored or carbonated), baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single serve containers (i.e. juice boxes). Outside food or beverage is not permitted in the Suites at Lumen Field.

NFL rules state that any ball landing in the stands as a result of play must be returned to the playing field. A Lumen Field staff member will identify themselves and request the ball returned to the field of play.

For the majority of games, giveaway items are distributed to fans upon entering the stadium gates. Although giveaway items are ordered in quantities to accommodate Lumen Field's seat capacity, receipt of a giveaway item is not guaranteed. Arriving early and utilizing the gate entrance designated on the game ticket is the best way to ensure receipt.

For Seahawks games:

Charter & General Ticket Holders: 2 hours prior to kickoff

Suite Ticket Holders: 3 hours prior to kickoff

Tunnel Club Members: 3 Hours Prior to Kickoff

Delta Sky360 Club and Field Seat Ticket Holders: Can enter the stadium and access the Delta Sky360 Club Level 3 hours prior to kickoff, and can access seats in the bowl 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Gate opening times for other events at Lumen Field and the Lumen Field Event Center will vary. For specific event information, please call (206) 381-7555.

If you have misplaced an item at an event, please proceed to the nearest Guest Services Location inside the stadium. After the conclusion of the event you may Contact the Lumen Field Lost and Found at (206) 381-7544. Please allow at least 48 hours for the Lost & Found team to respond to your inquiry. Response times may vary with facility events scheduled. The Lost & Found team will make every effort to research and locate potential owners following events. Lost items will be kept for one month; those unclaimed after that time will be donated to charity.

Pumping equipment is allowed at Lumen Field. Please check in at any of our VIP or Suite entry gates so your bag can be screened. We are pleased to offer several Nursing Lounges throughout the stadium. Locations are as follows:

• Section 105 – Mamava Pod on Main Concourse
• Sections 206/238 – In between North restrooms, either side of Delta Sky360 Club Level
• Rainier Neighborhood of the Suite Level – Directly off Rainier West elevator
• Section 327 – Mamava Pod on Concourse

Each lounge is a private space where guests can nurse, pump and spend some quiet time. Each space has warm lighting and is equipped with electrical outlets. Only the Nursing Lounge in the Rainier Neighborhood of the Suite Level has a hand washing sink.

Guests are encouraged to instruct children in their group to find a Lumen Field staff member if they become lost or separated from their group. Lost children will be taken to the nearest Guest Services location. Parents looking for a lost child should follow the same procedure.

As a preventive measure, all Guest Services Locations offer the "Family Finder" program as a free service. Parents can also have their seat location printed on a fun wristband for their children to wear while at Lumen Field.

For your safety and convenience, Seattle Police Department and King County officers are stationed throughout Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest Lumen Field member representative immediately.

Lumen Field is committed to providing an atmosphere that all guests find enjoyable. As part of this commitment, we ask that all guests keep acts of affection tasteful and discrete.

Due to security concerns and direction from NFL Security, re-entry is only permitted up until kickoff time. After kickoff there is no re-entry. Once a fan exits Lumen Field after kickoff, they cannot reenter under any circumstances.

Restrooms are located throughout Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables are also available throughout the facility.

Lumen Field enforces a "majority rules" sitting vs. standing policy in order to ensure the best viewing experience for all fans. If the majority of the fans in your section are sitting, we ask that you sit. If the majority of fans in your section are standing, we ask that you stand. Guest Services may provide instruction to best enforce this policy.

In compliance with state law (RCW 70.160), smoking of any kind is prohibited in all areas of Lumen Field and Event Center. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and smokeless tobacco.

Any persons without written consent from either First & Goal Inc. or the Seattle Seahawks are prohibited from soliciting contributions or distributing literature on Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center property (inside or outside).

Strollers are allowed in Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center. During stadium events, strollers too large to be stored under a seat may be checked at the nearest Guest Services location.

Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event.

Visiting team fans are our guests. Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection or arrest.

Wheelchairs are available to fans needing accessible assistance. Simply let a Lumen Field Event Staff member know at gate entry and they can assist. A wheelchair will be dispatched and an Event Staff member will escort you to your seat, and then arrange a time for pick-up at the end of the game.
