About the Seahawks Charitable Foundation

Founded in 1995, the mission of the Seattle Seahawks Charitable Foundation (SSCF) is to invest in the healthy social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of youth and support organizations and initiatives aimed at making the Pacific Northwest Region a better place for everyone to live.

In the Fall of 2004, the Foundation unveiled the Spirit of 12 Partners Program, a collaboration among Seattle youth service organizations, the Seahawks, and The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation. Under this program, community-based nonprofits distributed yearbooks at Training Camp and Seahawks gameday programs at the team's home games. Each partner kept 100% of the proceeds, which was matched by The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation.

Presently, the Spirit of 12 Partners Program includes distributing yearbooks at Training Camp in addition to alternative gameday volunteerism and fundraising opportunities for an expanded number of Spirit of 12 Partner organizations serving the widespread needs of our communities.

If you are looking for funding, we suggest that you visit the Council on Foundations or The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation to learn about other opportunities for which your organization might be eligible.
