Throughout the regular season head coach Pete Carroll holds press conferences at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center each Monday and Wednesday.  Monday's press conference is focused on reviewing the previous week's opponent, while Wednesday looks ahead to the opponent at hand.  Special press conference are also held throughout the year as special events arise.
