Signed with Seattle as an unrestricted free agent on March 27, 2012.

NFL CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• Originally selected by Atlanta in the fifth round (163rd overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft. Was waived by Atlanta (9/1/07) after two seasons and claimed off waivers by Carolina (9/2/07) where he also spent two season. Signed by Chicago to four-year contract (2/27/09) before being released by Chicago March 1, 2012.
• In 2011, appeared in all 16 games with three starts (Weeks 3-5) at right tackle, the third straight season appearing in all 16 contests.
• Started all 16 games for the first time of career in 2010 (2 at RT, 14 at LT) and helped block for a 1,000-yard rusher for the first time in his career. One of two offensive lineman to start every game, including both postseason contests.
• Played in all 16 games for the first time in his career in 2009, making 12 starts at left guard. Began the season as a starter, saw action in four games as a reserve and then started the final six games. Helped protect Jay Cutler as he threw for the second-highest passing mark in franchise history (3,666 yards).
• Made his first NFL start vs. Kansas City (10/5/08) and helped Carolina rush for 205 yards and 2 TDs while not allowing a sack.

Contributed to an offensive line that helped produce 389.4 yards of total offense per game. As a junior, started every game at left tackle and allowed only one sack. Part of an offensive unit that generated 347.5 yards of offense per game. Saw action in every game as a sophomore and demonstrated his versatility by starting six games at left tackle and six games at right tackle. Played in two games as a freshman before suffering a knee injury that sidelined him for the remainder of the season.
