Snagged 85 receptions for 937 yards (11.0 avg.) and four touchdowns in addition to 852 yards and 10 scores on 213 carries (4.0 avg.) in 39 games for Mississippi State. All-Southeastern Conference first-team selection as a senior, leading the team with a career-high 471 yards on 91 carries (5.2 avg.) with a pair of touchdowns and 19 receptions for 199 yards. Excelled in the classroom, earning South-eastern Conference Academic Honor Roll accolades.
PERSONAL:
Rushed for more than 4,700 yards and 66 touchdowns in final two seasons at Magee (Sanatorium, Miss.) High School, gaining 2,533 yards on 323 carries (7.8 avg.) and 30 scores in senior season and 2,261 yards and 36 touchdowns as a junior. Fraternal twin Julius and cousin Slovakia also played at Mississippi State.
