NFL CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Has won 36 regular season games, good for the most regular season wins by a starting quarterback in his first three seasons in the Super Bowl era (since 1966). Including the postseason, has won 42 games, the most combined wins in a quarterback’s first three seasons.
  • Started all 16 games in 2014, completing 285 of 452 passes (63.1%) for a career-high 3,475 yards, a passer rating of 95.0, 20 touchdowns and a career-low seven interceptions. Also set career-high in rushes (118), rushing yards (849) and rushing touchdowns (six).
  • Became the third youngest quarterback in NFL history to win the Super Bowl, leading the team to a 43-8 win over the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII, completing 18 of 25 (72.0%) passes for 206 yards, two TDs and a 123.1 passer rating.
  • Started all 16 games in his second season, completing 257 of 407 passes (63.1%) with career highs in yards (3,357) and passer rating (101.2), tying a career high with 26 touchdowns, and a career-low nine interceptions. Added one rushing touchdown while setting career-highs with 96 rushes for 539 yards.
  • Tied Peyton Manning’s 1998 record for most TD passes by a rookie (26). Became the first rookie in NFL history to lead his team to an undefeated home record. Set a club record with a 100.0 passer rating - second-best ever by a rookie and 64.1 completion percentage was third all time.
  • Set an all-time NFL record for a rookie at Miami with 16 consecutive completions. That game also marked his third-consecutive game with a 125.0 or better passer rating, also a record for a rookie. Became the first player in NFL history to record three rushing TDs and pass for a TD in the first half of a game (at Buffalo 12/16). Set franchise record for most rushing yards in a season by a QB (489), most rushing yards in a game (92) and most rushing TDs in a game (3) by a QB at Buffalo.
