- Played in 51 games with 48 starts for the Green Bay Packers, rushing 788 times for 3,435 yards and 23 touchdowns before signing with Seattle as an unrestricted free agent in 2017.
- Following a rookie season of 284 carries, 1,178 yards and 11 touchdowns, Lacy was selected to the Pro Bowl and named the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year, the PFWA Rookie of the Year and named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team.
College: Lettered in all three of his participating seasons and was a member of three national championship teams during his four years on campus. Moved into a starting role as a junior after backing up Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram and finalist Trent Richardson earlier in his career. Finished his career with 2,402 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns on 355 carries (6.8 avg.) and added 35 receptions for 338 yards (9.7 avg.) and two touchdowns…His 6.8-yard average per carry ranked No. 1 in school history among players with 300-plus attempts.
Personal: Started his prep career at Helen Cox High in Harvey, La., but was forced to transfer following Hurricane Katrina and finished his final three years at Dutchtown High in Geismar. Lettered all four years in football and was one of the most highly sought-after running back recruits in the nation. Was the No. 13 running back in the country according to Rivals.com and was rated as an All-American by both SuperPrep and Tom Lemming’s Prep Football Report. Also was named to the Mobile Press-Register’s Super Southeast 120 and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Super Southern 100. Played in seven games as a senior in 2008, but still ran for 1,046 yards and 17 touchdowns. Earned all-state acclaim following his junior season in 2007 when he ran for 1,800 yards and 26 touchdowns. Half-brother, Donovan Grayson, played linebacker at LSU. Was a high school teammate of 49ers safety Eric Reid. Saw his family’s home in Gretna, La., destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The family was displaced and moved between Texas and Louisiana before finally settling in Geismar, La., where he finished high school. Majored in consumer science.
