The big news Tuesday, of course, was the unveiling of the NFL’s new uniform by Nike in an event in New York. The Seahawks took center stage – literally – because they got the only total makeover.
When the Seahawks decided they wanted to change the look of their uniforms with Nike taking over as the supplier to the NFL, Todd Van Horne took that not only literally but to the max.
Even before Nike unveiled its innovative NFL uniforms on Tuesday, the Seahawks' new-look design modeled by Pro Bowl strong safety Kam Chancellor had other players green with envy.
The New Look of Intimidation features an aggressive combination of Seahawks tradition and Nike innovation. The Seahawks now have three uniforms with nine different possible combinations.
