Hired by Seattle as offensive assistant on July 5, 2017, Jeanpierre joins the Seahawks coaching staff after a six-year career with the club as an offensive lineman.
He originally entered the league as undrafted free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2010 but was released after training camp and picked up by Seattle where he played from 2010-15. Jeanpierre started 11 of 63 regular season games at both center and guard and also saw time in nine postseason games, helping Seattle win Super Bowl XLVIII.
He played in 36 games with 21 starts for the University of South Carolina, mostly along the offensive line, after making the transition to the line from the defensive side of the ball as a defensive tackle. Born on May 19, 1987, Jeanpierre attended Timber Creek High in Orlando, Fla.
