Before we knew it, the time had come for us to take the field. This was our moment, and we were going dance in the rain with excitement.
We have worked so hard for this day, and we keep reminding each other to “own the moment.” We can’t wait to be on the field!
Today some of the AFC and NFC cheerleaders competed in games like volleyball and flag football, while the rest of us signed posters for the fans and performed our sideline routines in the sand.
As exhausted as I am from our long days, I am continually reminding myself make the most of each moment. After all, this only happens once in a lifetime.
