The NFL High School Coach of the Week Program presented by Sterling Savings Bank aids in the development of youth football. It provides high school coaches the recognitions they deserve, and provides high schools financial assistance in maintaining and upgrading their football programs.
Each week during the high school football season, the Seattle Seahawks and the Washington State Football Coaches Assosication select two high school football coaches as the Coach of the Week winners. Each recipient recieves a $225 Sports Authority gift card from Sterling Savings Bank and a $500 donation to the school's football program from the Seattle Seahawks and NFL Football Fund.
At the conclusion of the high school season one coach is selected as the NFL High School Coach of the Year for the state of Washington presented by Sterling Savings Bank. The NFL High School Coach of the Year recieves a $2,000 grant.
