Seahawks to Visit Vancouver B.C. on July 12-15

RENTON, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks announced today that Seahawks players WR Doug Baldwin, DE Red Bryant and CB Richard Sherman will visit Vancouver B.C. July 12-15 along with members of the Sea Gals, Blitz (the mascot) and Blue Thunder, the team's drum line, to take part in the Seahawks 12 Tour to Vancouver, the fourth trip of its kind in as many years to visit the region.

Seahawks fans are invited to participate in the following activities.

Friday, July 12
4 p.m.                                     "12 North Award" presented by Regus, 1090 Homer St., Suite 300, Vancouver
The award presented will be presented to a local volunteer who has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to growing the sport of football in BC.

Saturday, July 13
2-6 p.m.                                 Tailgate at The Village, The Village at Park Royal, West Vancouver
Seahawks fans are invited to attend an afternoon tailgate party featuring interactive displays and contests for fans of all ages including face painting, football toss, autograph/photo station, Budweiser Beer Garden and football fare and live entertainment. Entrance to the event is free.

6-7:30 p.m.                          Celebrity Flag Football Draft at The Village Taphouse, West Vancouver
The Seahawks players will act as the general managers of two flag football teams and draft from a selection of local celebrities, athletes and media personalities. Entrance to the event is free.

Sunday, July 14
9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.                 Seahawks Family Fest, Ambleside Park in West Vancouver
Seahawks fans are invited to Ambleside Park to enjoy the 10,000 square foot interactive NFL Experience, an interactive theme park offering participatory games, displays, entertainment attractions, autograph sessions and football memorabilia. Entrance to the event is free.

9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.                 Flag Football Tournament
The tournament features co-ed teams representing partners, local community groups and fans. Registration is closed.

10:30 a.m.                             Gatorade Junior Training Camp
The Gatorade Junior Training camp is free to kids ages 7-14. The two hour clinic combines basic football fundamentals that focus on self-improvement and a motivational life-skills session with a Seahawks player, coach or alumni. A few spots remain, fans can register at
