Hill played in one game this season on special teams (at Denver, 9/19), but left the game with a calf injury and did not return. An original 2005 third-round pick by Seattle, Hill has played in 68 career games (61 starts), registering 376 tackles (276 solo), 14.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles and two recoveries (one for a touchdown).
Seattle originally drafted Terrill in the fifth-round (189th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft out of Purdue. Proving to be a solid backup in the defensive line rotation, he played in 76 career games with four starts. Terrill has 90-career tackles (66 solo), 8.0 sacks and a fumble return for a touchdown, while ranking second in club history with five blocked field goals. Terrill was released by Seattle on September 7.
The club also re-signed guard Mike Gibson to the active roster. Gibson was released on September 28 and signed to the practice squad the following day. He takes the place of guard Chester Pitts who was released September 30.
